What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and other questions
- Process purchase orders and manage marketing activities related to sales
- Collaborate with Warehouse and Accounting departments to maintain current accounts receivable
- Generate and prepare weekly reports for Sales Account Managers and customers
- Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administration
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- College degree or equivalent work experience required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle software
- Background in business administration or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
