What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Field and Inside Sales Regional Account Managers to drive volume growth in large/top accounts
- Independently manage volume growth in a subset of small accounts
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, fax, and MS Teams to encourage customer commitment to using the employer's Specialty Pharmacy
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to develop specific territory strategies
- Utilize Salesforce.com and sales/marketing tools to grow your book of business and achieve goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience with documented success
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Salesforce.com
- Intermediate phone presence and effective communication skills over the phone
- Must be 18 years of age or older

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Track record of over-achieving quotas
- Strong phone presence and experience with cold calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build trust and relationships over the phone
- Prior quota carrying experience
