What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
- Track patient progress and document actions taken in the sales pipeline
- Utilize product knowledge to address customer inquiries and drive patient adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams and pharmacy representatives to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree
- 0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or related fields, including healthcare or medical devices
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and efficiently
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the managed care industry
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
