What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of 30-50 inbound and outbound sales calls daily
- Engage with clients professionally to ensure satisfaction and represent partners effectively
- Follow established sales processes and scripts to maximize success while building value on calls
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to support team collaboration and client care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must complete a background check and provide three professional references
- Must have a quiet workspace free of disruptions for professional call handling
- Experience in making high-volume sales calls preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9, or other call center software
- Ability to work autonomously from a home office
- Strong keyboarding and spelling skills
- Demonstrated proactive decision-making capabilities
