      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of 30-50 inbound and outbound sales calls daily.
      - Engage clients professionally to ensure a positive experience and representation of the employer.
      - Follow established sales processes and scripts to maximize success and update client records.
      - Participate in ongoing coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
      - Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent client support.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
      - High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
      - Must complete a background check within 48 hours of receiving an offer.
      - Must have a quiet workspace free of disruptions for professional call handling.
      - Experience in making high-volume sales calls is preferred.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9, or other call center software.
      - Strong keyboarding and spelling skills.
      - Demonstrated proactive decision-making capabilities and personal excellence.
