What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct meetings with existing clients, either in-person or over the phone, to understand their needs
- Prepare engagement agreements and manage client payments while following up for feedback post-engagement
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, tracking client interactions and conversion metrics
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements based on client interactions
- Engage in consultative sales to offer tailored solutions to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in sales of products or services, preferably in luxury or high-end markets
- Proven track record of success in consultative sales
- Experience using a CRM for reporting and data analysis to manage sales performance
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients

- Background in the legal industry or familiarity with legal services
- Knowledge of business-based immigration is a plus
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
