      Position Overview

      We are looking for a driven and results-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Representative - Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is remote, but applicants MUST reside in Dallas/Ft. Worth or San Antonio, TX to be considered. This role is essential for converting incoming leads into new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experiences. As a first point of contact for prospective clients, you will shape their initial impressions of our firm and play a vital role in our growth. This position is based in our Virginia Beach office, but remote work options are available.       Key Responsibilities:

      • Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound English and Spanish speaking leads via phone calls and follow-up emails.
      • Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs.
      • Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to build a robust sales pipeline and facilitate successful deal closures.
      • Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead progress and interactions.


      Qualifications and Skills:

      • Bilingual in English/Spanish, required.
      • Must reside in Dallas/Ft. Worth or San Antonio, TX to be considered, required.
      • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, required.
      • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
      • Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word).
      • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong active listening, problem-solving and presentation abilities.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines.
      • Some college education, preferred.


      Compensation:

      • Base Salary: $40,000 per year
      • Bonus Opportunities: Monthly and quarterly incentives
      • Total Compensation Potential: $75,000 - $100,000 per year and beyond

      Work Environment:

      • Full-time position (8-hour shift)
