What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell college admissions coaching to prospective clients without cold calling
- Provide initial college guidance and showcase expertise in selective admissions
- Facilitate prospective clients' understanding of the employer's offerings through a consultative process
- Maintain detailed sales information and manage a pipeline of qualified leads in HubSpot
- Achieve or exceed conversion targets and revenue goals aligned with corporate OKRs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a selective institution; advanced degrees are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, or education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven consultative selling skills
- Availability to work during evening hours and one weekend day per week as needed

- Experience in college admissions, high-end consumer services sales, and/or professional services sales
- A reputation for being authentic and building rapport in social settings
