What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new sales leads through proactive outreach to prospects and potential customers
- Qualify sales opportunities by identifying prospects' needs and passing qualified leads to the sales team
- Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and voicemails to engage with prospects
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive registrants and attendees to webinars and seminars
- Manage daily Salesforce lead processes, including following up on leads and updating lead status
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales development or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be assertive yet polite in interactions with prospects
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and other sales tools
- Must have Inside Sales experience to be considered for this role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of inside sales experience in the software industry or related field
- General knowledge of RFIC or MMIC design flows
- Familiarity with the Keysight EDA Portfolio
- Knowledge of concepts related to RF/Microwave and/or Electronic System Level designs
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales within the EDA industry
