What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage order entry and parts ordering for assigned territory
- Create and revise quotations for parts, upgrades, and services
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers in the territory
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff and assist with customer requests
- Update the sales price list and propose efficient Preventive Maintenance Plans (PMP)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of related business/industry experience
- Strong customer-focused mindset with quick response times
- Excellent communication skills with internal partners and external customers
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valve or flow control experience
- Energy industry experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proactive approach to task completion
