      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in managing sales processes and tools including CRM, ERP systems, and lead management
      - Provide support with quotations, customer coverage, and participation in trade shows
      - Focus on new business development, prospecting, and lead follow-up strategies
      - Support new customer onboarding processes and improve customer satisfaction
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Customer Care, and Product Management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of a 4-year degree in engineering or a related technical field
      - Prior sales experience and knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
