What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the inside sales team by monitoring performance metrics and fostering a positive culture
- Collaborate with the market sales team to generate and follow up on sales leads
- Manage market account receivables and ensure timely processing of payments
- Coach staff to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Oversee payroll processing and generate monthly financial reports accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in a Glass Call Center
- Proven leadership skills and a track record of employee development
- Ability to read and understand financial statements (P&L)
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in training new hires and managing onboarding processes
- Familiarity with Point of Sales systems and TEAMS management systems
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with groups of customers or employees
