      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct initial client consultations to effectively sell legal services
      - Onboard new clients to the firm's systems and their legal team
      - Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
      - Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the firm's services
      - Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of prior sales and customer service experience
      - Exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
      - Ability to build relationships and interact with diverse personalities
      - Empathy and the ability to create urgency while promoting value
      - Must live within 60 miles of the firm's office located in Ontario, California
