      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advocate for customers through inbound and outbound calls to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products and services
      - Proactively follow up to close sales and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
      - Stay informed about competitive products, new offerings, and promotions to effectively educate customers
      - Perform data entry and utilize multiple systems for customer experience management
      - Achieve monthly sales targets in a high-volume, commission-based structure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of sales experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience using MS Office, particularly Excel
      - Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and stay on task

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Fiber or Telecom industry
      - Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
      - Demonstrated ability to listen, sell, and adjust sales approach in real time
