- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent telephone customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry is beneficial
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Experience with dual monitors and specific technical requirements (e.g., Windows 10 or 11)
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and maintaining a private workspace
