What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
- Promote products and facilitate customer needs by assessing qualifications and explaining product/service benefits
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain customer database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
- Ensure quality service by adhering to departmental and company policies and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
- Proficient in computer and data-entry tasks
- Must have excellent telephone customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11 operating systems
- Experience using dual monitors for enhanced productivity
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
