What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate follow-up outbound calls and receive inbound return calls to establish customer contact
- Promote products and facilitate customer needs by assessing qualifications and explaining benefits

- Maintain and update customer information in the database by entering and verifying required data
- Facilitate the sales process by communicating with internal and external contacts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
- Proficient in computer and data-entry skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
- Experience with dual monitors and specific operating systems (Windows 10 or 11)
- Ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant workspace
