      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell Term life insurance products to consumers through a needs-based sales approach
      - Handle a mix of inbound calls and outbound leads while providing excellent customer experiences
      - Achieve sales and premium targets while adhering to quality and compliance standards
      - Conduct needs-based analyses for customers to recommend suitable insurance plans
      - Maintain accurate client records and manage documentation using Salesforce.com

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 3+ years of contact center experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
      - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering successful sales outcomes
      - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - State of Maryland Life & Health Insurance license
      - Experience in defining and recommending insurance products to consumers
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Initiative-taker with strong problem-solving skills
      - Experience working independently and as part of a dynamic sales team
