      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell new Property and Casualty Insurance business via inbound contacts in the Direct Sales Center
      - Assist prospects in purchasing the correct coverage to meet their needs and prepare rate quotes
      - Forward sales leads to Financial Representatives based on the COUNTRY sales process
      - Advise prospects/clients of additional coverage options based on understanding of underwriting rules/guidelines
      - Enter information accurately into systems to process required documentation and finalize payment methods

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must complete Property and Casualty Insurance License coursework and pass required licenses within 60 days of hire date
      - Excellent phone and customer service skills
      - Previous experience in sales is preferred
      - Understanding of the insurance and financial services industry
      - Must reside within 300 miles of the Bloomington, IL office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current Property/Casualty license
      - Experience in customer relationship building
      - Strong objection management skills
      - Ability to effectively close sales
      - Understanding of underwriting rules and guidelines
