What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound sales and marketing leads, achieving sales targets within a designated territory
- Solicit, qualify, and close new business opportunities for the designated region and customer base
- Collaborate with management and customer care teams to deliver excellent service to customers
- Track and manage sales and marketing leads using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Prepare proposals, renewal contracts, and attend sales group meetings to report on market situations and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree (or college diploma in Canada) with 3+ years of sales experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 5+ years of experience in the Certification Services industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing problem-solving role
- Experience in the Industrial and Mobility sector
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience using a CRM system
- Advanced communication skills and strong customer service focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the certification industry
- Familiarity with value-added problem-solving sales processes
- Experience selling services to the food industry
- Intermediate level proficiency in French
