      We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Francis Lofts & Bunks. This role will focus on engaging with inbound leads, understanding their needs, and converting these leads into sales.

      Every day, thousands of people visit our websites (adultbunkbeds.com and bigbeds.com) to outfit their primary home or vacation home with a bunk bed or loft bed designed for adults. As the first dedicated Inside Sales Representative, we're hoping you can help us convert more of these interested visitors to excited customers.

      Recommended Experience

      The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, interior design, and helping customers improve the usability of their space. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience are essential.
      • 3 or more years in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2C environment (open to a range of experience levels and can adjust compensation accordingly)
      • Passion for interior design and home decor.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Experience with CRM software and sales outreach tools preferred.
      • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

      Requirements

      Respond to inbound leads and inquiries to help customers feel confident in their order.
      • Lead virtual consultation sessions with customers to advise on room layout and furniture recommendations.
      • Conduct outreach to potential customers who have shown interest in our offerings and prior B2B customers like interior designers and Short Term Rental hosts.
      • Follow up with website leads and nurture them towards conversion.
      • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
      • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

      • Total OTE (On Target Earnings): Approximately $70,000 - $90,000
      • 70% base / 30% variable
