      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the sales process to generate new sales opportunities through phone, email, and other electronic communications
      - Prospect for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing
      - Track open sales orders and manage issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Provide product pricing and develop code directives while maintaining target margin goals
      - Perform estimating and proposal duties as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales-related role
      - High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
      - Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM
      - Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
      - Ability to work independently and be accountable as a self-starter

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of sales experience, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) sales
      - Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
      - Experience with consultative selling or solution selling
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid position
