What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research and networking
- Effectively present products and services to prospects and existing clients, both in-person and virtually
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Attend trade shows and community events to promote the employer's offerings
- Maintain records of completed sales and ongoing customer interactions via CRM software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of screen printing and embroidery processes is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
