- "The Strategic Insight Analyst will use data from a variety of internal and external sources to join the dots, helping to answer the big strategic questions being asked within the business "
- “The Tactical Insight Analyst will use the data Sky collects to answer the immediate burning questions the business has, responding quickly with high quality actionable data stories.”
- Own the end-to-end delivery of insight outputs, working with HoD level stakeholders across Customer Service Group at pace to deliver answers within hours and days, adapting quickly to changing business priorities
- Create actionable insight and build stories that help the business understand what matters most to our customers and our people, showing where we need to focus effort to improve customer experience answering the what, the why and the more complicated ‘how’ questions (i.e. what is happening, why is it happening, and how do we solve the problem/make a difference/make the right decision)
- Take responsibility for proactively identifying opportunities that will shape future improvement plans, delivering clear, concise and actionable outputs
- Own your development & career progression - growing awareness of market & competitor trends
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to construct a clear story and present complex data in a concise, simplified & visually appealing way using e.g. PowerPoint
- Excellent Excel and Data Analysis skills
- Excellent SQL skills with experience of GCP (or other cloud platforms)
- An ability to work collaboratively with and influence stakeholders, with proven success in bringing people together to get behind a common goal
- A natural inquisitiveness & curiosity, with excellent problem-solving skills & proven analytical skills - strong critical & logical thinking
