This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the London/ Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises.
The salary range for this role is set at £54,400 - £100,000.
We are looking for candidates within the salary range of £54,400 - £80,000.

About the role
We are looking for an Insight Manager to join the Customer Analytics Team. We are looking for someone who will deliver technical expertise to model internal and external data to yield valuable actionable insights for the business, working end to end on projects from shaping briefs to analysing what's been delivered and what it's achieved. This key role will support the discovery, interpretation, and communication of meaningful patterns in data and the application of those patterns for effective decision-making. We are looking for someone who will provide data-derived recommendations back to the business for key decisions sourced proactively or, when engaged by the business, reactively. You will leverage complex and analytical techniques to automate and optimise processes where appropriate. You will also manage a small team of analysts and guide them in their project work.
