What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain audit protocols for compliance across various project locations
- Conduct facility-wide compliance audits and inspections to ensure environmental safety
- Assist in managing air, water, and hazardous waste programs for clients
- Provide documentation of audit results, corrective action plans, and compliance reports
- Support incident investigations and environmental compliance issue responses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance or related fields
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- TDG Training certification required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

- Familiarity with Windows-based applications and technical manufacturing knowledge
- Proven leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
