What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish baseline audit protocols for new programs and communicate compliance parameters
- Conduct facility-wide compliance audits to ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping procedures
- Assist in the preparation and review of environmental reports and compliance monitoring data
- Manage and track waste generation, storage, and disposal activities at customer sites
- Respond to hazardous material releases and assist in containment and cleanup efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance or waste management
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Completion of TDG Training
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong customer service skills and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Windows-based applications and technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with profit and loss management and safety regulations
