We’re on the lookout for a Flooring Installation Manager who’s equal parts organized leader, problem solver, and people person. If you’re ready to take ownership of projects, build a strong installer network, and ensure every job exceeds expectations—you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Process: Manage installation projects from start to finish—on time, on budget, and on point.
Lead with Confidence: Oversee installer teams, coordinate schedules, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
Be the Bridge: Keep customers informed and happy throughout their flooring journey.
Stay Ahead: Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and keep jobs running smoothly.
Set the Standard: Conduct site visits, monitor quality, and uphold the excellence our brand is known for.

What You Bring:

Experience in flooring installation or construction project management.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Tech-savvy mindset (Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and forklift experience are a plus!
A proactive attitude and a passion for leading others
Ability to pass a background check

Competitive Pay: $55,000–$65,000 based on experience
