What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate weekly scheduling, order entry, and material requests within the JIM system
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and crew installers to ensure timely job execution
- Communicate estimated delivery times and updates to builders through various channels
- Verify jobs and confirm delivery lists and material requirements
- Use the JIM labor scheduling tool to assign crews based on delivery data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalency; preferably an associate or bachelor's degree
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or logistics coordination is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using relevant scheduling or project management tools, ideally JIM
- Ability to analyze basic data and report findings
- Capability to learn new computer systems and software programs quickly
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with heavy workloads during peak periods
