What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate plan documents, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD) and Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC)
- Ensure the accuracy of generated plan documents by using supporting documents
- Adhere to departmental guidelines and processes for document generation
- Provide feedback and explanations in a positive and professional manner
- Collaborate in a team environment while demonstrating individual accountability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of experience in a doctor's office (e.g., clerk, receptionist, admin assistant, patient registration)
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
- Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Excel

- Knowledge/experience of medical and/or dental products
