What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute institutional brand strategy and tactics within assigned territory to meet sales performance and brand KPIs
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, academic institutions, and other healthcare providers
- Create and monitor strategic business plans tailored to specific customer needs and market dynamics
- Build and differentiate the value proposition of the Anti-Infective portfolio at all levels within accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance brand performance and engage with disease state experts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, infusion, or diagnostic sales
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in sales with exceptional presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive landscapes
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and demonstrate strong business acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building collaborative partnerships within a district and matrix team environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coach peers through challenges
- Familiarity with governmental and/or legal certification requirements as applicable
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing (for non-English speaking countries)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
