What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute brand strategy and tactics within assigned territory to maximize sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, academic institutions, and outpatient accounts.
- Create and monitor strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and identify their needs to align solutions with AbbVie's offerings.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, infusion, or diagnostic sales.
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of success in sales with exceptional presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, and competitive landscapes relevant to the role.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and build collaborative partnerships.
