What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement innovative training programs utilizing project management and instructional design skills
- Lead the end-to-end instructional design process, including analysis, design, development, and evaluation
- Create learning solutions using various modalities such as classroom learning, blended learning, and eLearning
- Evaluate the impact of learning solutions using qualitative and quantitative data
- Engage with stakeholders to gather knowledge and coordinate feedback for training content
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or industry-relevant certifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in instructional design or related fields
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively in both technical and non-technical language
- Familiarity with e-learning software and tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the electric power industry, energy industry, or other relevant technical industries
- Expertise with Articulate 360 or similar design tools
- Familiarity with curriculum development and course design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Microsoft Office Suite
