What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete weekly course update tasks in Canvas with precision and on schedule
- Verify Last Date of Attendance (LDA) and communicate this information to Records and Financial Aid
- Support Institutional Effectiveness by gathering and submitting syllabi for programs managed by Instructional Designers each term
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to ensure all course updates are effectively completed
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customer groups across the university

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience and strong passion for excellent customer service
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is strongly desired but not required
- Knowledge of technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality standards pertaining to highly sensitive data
