What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the creation of sales eLearning and live training materials using instructional design methodologies
- Design and develop online training modules, including eLearning, videos, and simulations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course content meets sales organization needs
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure appropriate content availability
- Implement process improvements to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts or equivalent degree/certification in Instructional Design preferred
- 2-4 years of experience designing eLearning modules for corporate training
- Experience in commercial operations such as sales, marketing, operations, or human resources is a plus
- Proficiency in instructional design software such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360
- Ability to set strategy and make out-of-box recommendations and solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing corporate training courses in the technology and/or digital industries
- Previous experience in financial institutions
