      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop training materials from inception to execution for client services departments
      - Collaborate with project leads and subject matter experts to create effective instructional content
      - Identify areas for improvement within client training processes and recommend solutions
      - Manage workload independently while adhering to project timelines
      - Utilize various modalities for training delivery, including ILT, VILT, eLearning, and virtual classrooms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of instructional design skills and adult learning theories
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
      - Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Camtasia
      - Intermediate experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Adobe Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop
      - Experience with graphic design and video development/editing
      - Knowledge of the ADDIE model, including Analysis, Implementation, and Evaluation
      - Experience in assessment/test design and development
      - Familiarity with NovoEd Learning Platform
