      Job Description

      Are you someone who loves to use software and other technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences? Do you have experience developing learning for high performing salespeople? Are you proficient with all aspects of the instructional design process? Are you an exceptional communicator with a strong capacity for learning new things and retaining information and extremely capable of working independently?

      Key Accountabilities

      • Independently design and develop creative learner-centered, performance-based training programs, modules, and materials in multiple modalities, including remote learning, blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules, videos, infographics, facilitator guides, practice, and resource materials.
      • Utilize instructional design processes to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional materials and programs.
      • Performs the role of project manager for the design and development of curriculum, learning tools, and program materials for training courses, development programs, and communication items.
      • Perform the full business partnering and consultation cycle - needs assessment, analysis, provide learning solutions, monitor, and evaluate results and impact.
      • Support leadership coaching and follow-through on training programs.
      • Designing formal and informal learning resources and programs.
      • Collaborating within the training team as well as with SMEs, and cross-functional project teams to develop resources and programs that support organizational initiatives.
      • Facilitate as required.

      • Can work with a wide range of consultants, and SMEs.
      • Have a strong aptitude with technology, systems, and tools, including experience developing reporting and metrics to identify skill gaps, measure training effectiveness and ROI.
      • Partner effectively with business stakeholders, thinking critically to understand program goals and define the learning solution that will make the programs successful.
      • Have a background in a variety of training and development practices and methods, including design, development, implementation, evaluation, and retention.
      • Have experience creating and owning a full start-to-finish training program.
      • Are flexible and adaptable when dealing with change, including changing priorities and tight deadlines.
      • Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
      • Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of employees across the organization.
      • Learn quickly and are a self-starter, who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
      • Have a growth mindset – always learning, especially when things don’t go exactly to plan.
      • Have a strong ability to work independently in a team environment.
      • 2+ years’ experience in training and development, instructional design, or experiential learning.
      • Bilingualism (EN & FR) is a strong asset.
      • You are open to travelling from time to time and able to work from one of our offices as needed.

      Salary & Benefits

      The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

      Primary Location

      CAN, Ontario - Full Time Remote

      Salary range is expected to be between

      $53,850.00 CAD - $89,750.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
