What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Digital Education team and subject matter experts to develop written materials and educational videos
- Assist in writing video scripts, course content, handouts, and job aids
- Compile images and graphics for course materials
- Input course materials to the learning management system (LMS) and troubleshoot LMS issues
- Provide project management support and general assistance to the Digital Education team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in writing, education, or instructional design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review written material for grammatical and spelling errors
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, cloud file storage, and learning management systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with visual design
- Digital file organization skills
- Willingness to learn about new and emerging technologies
