What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop high-quality instructional materials for various learning platforms
- Create realistic and challenging sales scenarios for tech sales landscape
- Utilize creative writing and storytelling techniques to engage learners
- Recommend and utilize cutting-edge instructional design tools and technologies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 7-15 years of experience in Instructional Design
- Intermediate to expert level experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other authoring tools
- Experience working in large technology companies
- Strong project management and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- L&D specific experience/background
- Familiarity with basic sales skills and knowledge of the sales profession
- Proactive approach to leading meetings and providing clear objectives
- Ability to comfortably navigate matrixed corporate organizations and complex stakeholder environments
