Design and deliver training content and courses focused on compliance, technical skills, administrative tasks, and leadership development.
Create and update compliance training tailored to specific service lines and industries.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify gaps and develop new training materials.
Review and enhance existing hourly training programs to ensure continued effectiveness.
Assemble, assign, and distribute monthly training packs to targeted audiences.
Manage and maintain training materials and resources across all platforms, including Salesforce, Bridge, and the HHS intranet.
Support the development and administration of training programs for Home Office staff.
Develop surveys to gather feedback on training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Research and apply innovative training methodologies to optimize learning outcomes.
Partner with the Learning and Development team and business leaders to align training initiatives with project and organizational needs.
Respond to field inquiries and support troubleshooting through help tickets.
Manage and organize training content and programs within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Identify and implement training tools, platforms, and resources to enhance productivity and program impact.
Develop custom training courses to address specific business needs.
Research, evaluate, and recommend external training courses for purchase as required.
Educate employees on available development opportunities and resources to support career growth.
3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related role.
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
Experience working with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content.
Strong understanding of instructional design models, such as ADDIE or SAM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise materials.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and multimedia production.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with adult learning theories and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in training.
Experience designing for a corporate or healthcare environment.
Knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or Canva).
