In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain diverse training programs spanning eLearning, virtual classroom, and in-person classroom formats. Working closely with internal subject matter experts, you'll collaborate on crafting comprehensive curricula that address the educational requirements of BearCom associates. Additionally, you'll leverage our LMS system to build and administer curriculums as needed.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain effective online and classroom training programs to fulfill departmental needs.
• Continuously enhance training curricula to adapt to evolving learner and market requirements.
• Assist in optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) and implementing and refining supplementary systems as needed.
• Utilize professional eLearning and classroom authoring software to create and update training curricula, videos, modules, and supplementary learning materials.
• Act as a subject matter expert in designing and developing instructor-led training (virtual, in-person, and hybrid) and eLearning modules.
• Possess excellent communication, writing, and editing skills to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development, including effectively explaining technical subjects to non-technical or novice audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design experience, including the practical application of instructional design theory, authoring eLearning courses, and managing multiple projects, preferably within a business environment.
• 2+ years of experience in developing eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Multimedia Design, Training, Education, or a related discipline preferred
• Familiarity with multimedia tools and technologies (e.g., video editing, graphic design) preferred
• Excellent project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient user of the following products:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Experience supporting and administrating Learning Management Systems
  

Preferred Experience/Skills

• Video and audio recording and editing
• Vyond or similar animation
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Classroom facilitation
