- Update learning materials within the Learning Management System (LMS) as the business evolves
- Provide development services to operational units within AdventHealth currently without dedicated learning support.
- Performs basic analysis for projects. Often collaborates on small projects or parts of larger ones
- Create personally engaging learning experiences that integrate instructor-led, experiential, and technology-based learning
- Design multi-faceted learning opportunities for a varied workforce with different needs
- Drive an outcome-based approach to learning activities; seeks methods to measure and communicate training success based on desired workplace behavior and performance improvement
- Provide timely and accurate reports to Management of training and development progress and completion
- Serve as learning liaison to specific departments within AdventHealth HQ as well as the AdventHealth facilities to participate in solutions that drive desired outcomes
- Partner with subject matter experts to design, implement and execute training solutions that meet the needs of assigned client groups
- Complete assignments successfully from concept to implementation
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in training or education.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Educational Media, Instructional Design or related field
- CPLP
- Presentation Skills Certificate, ATD
- ATD Master Trainer
