      Req#: 24-29589
      Collaborate with a team of Instructional Designers to create courses on sales skills for contact center agents.
      Develop innovative and engaging learning content, including imagery, exercises, videos, and job aids, to support the sales curriculum.
      Review and provide feedback on content created by team members.
      Participate in project team meetings, content review meetings, and train-the-trainer sessions.
      Write communications and update training content for other training programs as needed.

      Quals--
      Preferred requirements include:
      Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or relevant experience.
      2+ years of experience in designing and developing training with a strong focus on creating sales training content
      Understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, particularly in a call center setting
      Ability to think creatively and innovate new ways to engage learners in sales training
      Experience in gamification, microlearning, and other modern instructional strategies
      Strong written and verbal communication skills
      Proficiency with content development tools, including course authoring (Articulate 360 - Rise & Storyline), video production (Camtasia, Vyond, Synthesia), and image editing/design software
