Job Description:

Responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing a variety of training solutions that improve job performance of employees. Ensures learning objectives are established based on necessary competencies. Develop and maintain key relationships at all levels to ensure the right training solution is achieved, and lead projects within timelines while meeting or exceeding client satisfaction. Works with multi-media developers to translate design requirements into functional learning modules. Manages multiple design projects simultaneously. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop content and assessments to support new initiatives and learning programs.

• Works with program managers, trainers, and the field to maintain content and assessments.

• Collaborates with peers to develop new learning deliverables or processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of Training & Development Department.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

• Bachelors Degree in Education or related field

• 2+ years in Instructional design, training, or related experience or Master's degree

• In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of experience Instructional design

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

• 2+ years in Instructional design, training, or related experience

• In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience Instructional design

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
