What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the development of the Online Education Department
- Collaborate with faculty and department chairs to design quality online and hybrid courses
- Serve as project manager for online course developments and redevelopments
- Integrate current educational technologies to promote effective teaching strategies
- Design and develop online modules using various web design and instructional tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Experience developing and redesigning face-to-face, fully online, and hybrid/blended courses
- Competence in working with learning management/online learning platforms
- Thorough knowledge of online pedagogy and instructional design models
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Instructional design experience at an institution of higher education
- Multimedia production experience
- Teaching experience in higher education, specifically using online technologies
