      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and document formal lesson plans and training modules for technology releases
      - Develop engaging instructional materials, including courses, curriculum, and skill assessments
      - Coordinate training activities with internal training instructors
      - Assess the assimilation of knowledge through skills assessments for each release
      - Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams to ensure content compliance and quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - At least one year of experience in virtual classroom training
      - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
      - Completion of an instructional design certification program
      - Knowledge of learning theories and principles that describe the learning process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management
      - Familiarity with various interactive learning tools and technologies
