What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver engaging instruction in Health Care Systems, Safe Environments, Health Office Procedures, and Basic Anatomy
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials while maintaining student assessment records
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student success and retention
- Stay current with developments in healthcare education and technology, implementing relevant changes in instruction
- Organize and supervise work experience practicums and ensure safety practices are upheld

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- Member in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Minimum 5 years of full-time clinical practice experience in medical-surgical, pediatrics/labor and delivery, or long-term care/residential settings
- Experience with a learning management system, such as Brightspace
- Genuine commitment to helping students learn and succeed

- Knowledge of First Nations cultures and organizations
- Understanding of adult learning theories and principles
- Awareness of innovative trends in healthcare technology
- Familiarity with current healthcare systems in Northern or remote communities
