What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach all levels of Psychology with an expected load of 30 credits per academic year
- Provide timely feedback on assignments and maintain regular office hours for student support
- Participate in curriculum development and academic assessment
- Create engaging learning environments that foster critical thinking and collaboration among students
- Collaborate with colleagues across the college to ensure consistent student outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree or higher in Developmental Psychology, Human Development, or a related discipline with relevant graduate credit
- College-level teaching experience in Psychology
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to facilitate student success in higher education
- Willingness to adopt relevant technological skills for effective teaching

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience teaching Lifespan Developmental Psychology in both physical and virtual environments
- Community college teaching experience
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment
- Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Canvas
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an educational setting
