What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach a minimum of 15 credit hours per semester and provide academic advising to students
- Maintain office hours and provide timely feedback on student assignments
- Engage with diverse student populations using multiple teaching modalities
- Participate in curriculum development, academic assessment, and re-accreditation processes
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency of student outcomes and promote the college's mission

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related discipline with 18 hours of graduate credit in the teaching discipline
- Teaching experience in cybersecurity and/or information technology
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to facilitate student success in higher education
- Commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity in the educational environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Community college teaching experience
- Current CISCO, CompTIA, or similar certifications
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment
- Experience teaching in an online environment and use of a learning management system such as Canvas
- Bilingual, preferably in English and Spanish
