What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between the employer and customers/agents, ensuring excellent customer service
- Underwrite new business auto applications and endorsements for eligibility
- Process insured and agent requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLA)
- Document all policy transactions and maintain compliance with state filing requirements
- Collaborate with other underwriters and customer experience teams to enhance service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Property/Casualty underwriting or similarly related work experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong decision-making skills based on experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance experience is highly regarded
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Property & Casualty Producer License is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including internet, email, and word processing
- Strong time management skills with a passion for achieving team-centered goals
